Our flagship project for the State of Israel included execution on a fast schedule, adherence to complex technological solutions and matching the maximum of our capabilities to the project's characteristics. The project included the establishment of an interactive information system with multidisciplinary search for the Civil Administration in Judea and Samaria. The system that was custom built on a strict schedule was adapted to the characterization that was provided in a detailed manner by the customer. The system included uploading documents in various formats, a preview on the website and managing the publications from a distributed system with two-step verification for maximum security of the project.

What we learned
From the project we learned how important it is to combine complex requirements with a strict schedule. We realized that close communication with the customer and a deep understanding of the characterization make it possible to develop a customized system that meets actual needs accurately. In addition, we learned that implementing complex technological solutions, such as multi-format document management and security with two-step verification, requires advance planning, rigorous testing and operational flexibility. The project refined our ability to combine technological creativity with operational efficiency, and we learned how to translate all our capabilities into a complete, secure, and interactive solution that meets the highest standards.

Our client, the Civil Administration in Judea and Samaria, is a central government body responsible for managing civil affairs, infrastructure and services for the local population.
