Comprehensive consultation and support for the Kraus company in the process of setting up the new website, from the characterization phase to the launch and beyond. The project included an in-depth review of the site's structure, user experience and technological architecture, while adapting to the company's business and branding needs. As part of the work, comprehensive compatibility tests were performed for all the main browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) as well as fully responsive adjustments for all types of devices – Computers, tablets and mobile phones – In order to ensure a uniform, stable and high-quality user experience. The project included the production of detailed reports in several stages, with analysis of findings, recommendations for improvement and clear action points. The reports included the possibility of ongoing monitoring of the progress of the execution, correction of deficiencies and continuous improvement throughout the construction process. In addition, close support was given to the development and design team, which included technical advice, quality control (QA), tests before going live and guidance in making critical decisions – In order to ensure a stable, efficient and ready site for future growth.
Our strategy
The strategy in the project was based on a holistic and systematic accompaniment of the website establishment process, while combining business thinking, user experience and technological accuracy. The goal was not only to establish a proper website, but to build a stable digital infrastructure, expandable and adapted to the company's needs in the short and long term. We started with an in-depth review and characterization of the requirements, content structure and user flows, with the aim of identifying risks, bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement in the very first stages. Later, a step-based work methodology was defined, which enabled full control of the process and accurate decision-making at any point in time.
What we learned
The project reinforced the importance of incorporating early consultation in the process of setting up a website, even before the actual development phase. We recognized that correct decisions in the characterization phase save time, costs and complex repairs in later phases. We learned that compatibility and responsiveness testing is not just a technical step, but a critical element in user experience and brand credibility. Small differences between different browsers or devices can significantly affect the perception of the quality of the website. Working with detailed reports and continuous control has proven to be an effective management tool, allowing full transparency, accurate monitoring and data-based decision-making throughout the life of the project.
