Setting up a website for the university Weizmann Institute focusing on the recreation center of the Weizmann Institute in Rehovot. The construction of the website included a customized design according to the client's requirements in collaboration with the CEO"To the center and the team. The website has links for booking tennis courts and interfaces to the various systems of the holiday center.
Our strategy
Our strategy in the project was based on long-term support and close cooperation with the management of the resort, with the understanding that the website is both a service and an image tool. We put emphasis on fully adapting to the changing needs of the center over the years, while constantly upgrading in accordance with technological development. The strategy combined a customized design, an accessible and clear user experience for the entire population, and a stable technological infrastructure that meets strict standards. We made sure to integrate smartly with the reservation systems and existing services, so that the site will function as an efficient, reliable and convenient information and operation center for visitors and staff alike.
What we learned
From the project we learned the importance of long-term thinking in managing a digital presence, especially in an active and multi-user organization. We understood that continuous support allows precise adaptation to changing needs and technological upgrades without harming the continuity of the service. We learned that user experience, accessibility and compliance with standards are not an addition but a necessary basis. In addition, we strengthened the understanding that proper integration with existing operating systems makes the website an effective service tool and not just an image platform.
