Project work
As part of the project, a website was built for the Chabad Network association, a new website based on the Whoopix content management system, which allows full flexibility in content management and the ability to expand in the future according to the organization's needs. The site was designed in a modular structure adapted to the presentation of multi-level information, including news, activities, Chabad centers and community resources. The project included creating a clean and clear user experience, with full adaptations for mobile phones, tablets and desktop computers. Emphasis was placed on loading speed, simplicity in navigation and maintaining a visual uniformity that integrates with the organization's branding. In addition, internal tools were defined that allow the Chabad Network content editors to update pages, upload new content and manage databases efficiently. The result is a stable, modern and convenient website that serves the Chabad community and all its users in a professional and continuous manner.
Our strategy
The strategy built for Chabad Network focused on establishing a stable and flexible digital platform, which allows for broad exposure of the organization's activities alongside efficient and convenient content management. In the first stage, a need was defined for the creation of a modern website that gathers a lot of information from several organizational units in a uniform and accessible interface. We chose the Whoopix system as a basis for development, due to its ability to adapt different content structures and support variable loads. The characterization focused on building a clear information hierarchy, an easy-to-navigate user experience and full compatibility with mobile devices. During the project we developed dedicated modules for organizational content, articles, activity centers and resources, while maintaining maximum flexibility for future management. The strategy also emphasized the creation of a fast, secure and ready-to-expand infrastructure that could serve the Chabad Network over time and develop together with the organizational system.
What we learned
Working with Chabad Network emphasized the importance of Systems development Flexible content for organizations with a wide and changing scope of information. We learned how essential it is to build a modular information structure that allows content to be added and updated easily, while maintaining design uniformity and a continuous user experience. During the project, the importance of high performance - loading speed, stability and optimization for mobile devices - was also sharpened as critical for a diverse audience that uses the site with high frequency. In addition, the joint work with the content teams of the organization enabled a deeper understanding of the organizational needs, and led to the development of solutions precisely adapted to the requirements of the field.
